How to file a request
Email support@majlisgame.com with subject line:
Data subject request — <right name>
Example body:
- Display name in app: Player_98765 - Numeric ID: 12345 (if known) - Email tied to account: jane@example.com - Region: EU / UK / California / Other - What I'm asking for: copy of all personal data you hold about me
We will:
- Acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- Verify your identity (typically by confirming the account's signed-in email or asking you to verify from in-app).
- Respond within 30 days of the request (extendable by an additional 60 days for complex requests, with notice).
If we cannot honour the request (e.g. you ask us to delete data we are required by law to retain, such as transaction records for tax purposes), we will explain why in writing.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to file a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorisation signed by you and verification of their authority. We may also separately verify your identity by contacting you through the email tied to the account.
Appeals
- EU / UK: lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. UK: ico.org.uk. EU: edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/board/members.
- California: file a complaint with the California Privacy Protection Agency (cppa.ca.gov).
Records of requests
We keep an internal log of data-subject requests (date, type, outcome) for 3 years for audit purposes. This log does not contain the substantive content of your request, only the metadata of when and how it was handled.
