Yalla Club & Play Games
1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Yalla Club & Play Games (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and [LEGAL: publishing entity legal name and registered address] ("we", "us", "Majlis Games").
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (the rating is 12+ on Apple, Teen on IARC).
- If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has read these Terms and consents to your use of the App.
- You must not be barred from receiving services under the laws of the country you reside in or the country from which you use the App.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe (Apple ID, Google account, or email/password).
- Each account is for one natural person; you may not share or sell access to your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including accounts that accumulate 10 or more non-dismissed reports (see Privacy Policy §5).
- You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account, or by emailing support@majlisgame.com. See Delete your account for details.
4. Virtual currency and in-app purchases
4.1 Virtual currency
The App offers two virtual currencies:
- Coins — earned in gameplay and purchasable in coin packs.
- Diamonds — earned more sparingly and purchasable in diamond packs. Used for premium cosmetics, premium numeric IDs, and certain gifts.
Virtual currency has no real-world cash value, is not refundable for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Unused virtual currency does not expire while your account is active.
4.2 In-app purchases
- All purchases are processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). The rules and refund policies of those platforms govern the transaction.
- Once a consumable item (coins, diamonds, chests) is delivered to your account and credited to your balance, the purchase is considered final.
- If a purchase fails to credit, contact support@majlisgame.com with your receipt; we will investigate and re-credit as appropriate.
4.3 Subscriptions
- We offer auto-renewable subscriptions (currently VIP Knight Monthly and VIP Baron Monthly).
- Subscriptions automatically renew for the same term and price until cancelled. The renewal charge is billed within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your device's Settings (iOS: Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Subscription benefits cease the moment the subscription period ends.
5. User-generated content (UGC)
The App lets you create user-generated content: display name, profile photo, room name, room description, room chat messages, direct messages, voice in voice rooms, reports.
By submitting UGC you grant Majlis Games a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the App. You retain ownership.
You agree not to submit UGC that:
- Harasses, threatens, or defames any person.
- Contains hate speech or content targeting protected classes.
- Sexually exploits or depicts minors.
- Promotes illegal activity, terrorism, or violence.
- Infringes any intellectual-property right.
- Contains spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.
- Impersonates another person, including any member of Majlis Games staff.
Violations may be reported using the in-app Report flow. Confirmed violations may result in mute / kick / ban / account termination.
6. Voice chat
- Voice chat is opt-in; it requires you to explicitly grant microphone permission and tap into a voice room.
- We do not record or transcribe voice. See Privacy Policy §3 for the full detail.
- All UGC rules in §5 above apply equally to voice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the App or its servers.
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to play or to acquire virtual currency.
- Buy, sell, or trade accounts or virtual currency for real-world money outside the App's purchase flow.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We may suspend, terminate, or reset accounts for violations.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for material breach of these Terms or where required by law.
On termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data per Privacy Policy §11.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAJLIS GAMES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR USD 50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; in those jurisdictions the limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Majlis Games from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your UGC, (b) your use of the App in violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes

14. Apple-specific terms (for iOS users)
When you use the App on iOS, the following Apple-mandated terms apply in addition to ours:
- Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims by you or any third party relating to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property infringement claims relating to the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
